MH Interventions
This project investigated how smartphone sensing can be used to improve the delivery of mental health interventions in everyday life. We conducted a in-the-wild study with university students using a custom Android application that collected passive smartphone sensor data and contextual self-reports. The study focused on understanding user receptivity to interventions, including whether participants were willing to engage with an intervention and whether they could realistically act on it in their current situation.
